For Exchange and Return, you have to send the items back to us on our Return Address Details, without using our items, as soon we will receive your parcel, we will refund your product amount through Bank Account, Jazzcash or

SHIPPING DETAILS

Free Shipping on all orders over the value of Rs. 3000.

We charge Rs.280 on all orders under the value of Rs.3000.

Orders placed by 12:00 noon (Pakistan Standard Time) will be shipped the same day via Registered Courier Service.

Orders received after 12:00 pm will be dispatched the next day.

Orders received on Sundays and on Pakistan’s National Holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.

Delivery time is between 5 to 7 working days (No delivery on Sundays). However delivery can take up to 7 working days during busy shopping season or our mega sales events.

On orders above the value of Rs.9999  we will need an advance payment. Customer will be contacted for payment information on order confirmation and the account details will be communicated then. The order will only be dispatched after our team confirms the payment being received in the Bank.
